Shipping policy

All knitwear from Betty Moo is handknitted to order. Pre-orders placed now will be shipped by 16th December.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another email with tracking details once it has been shipped.

Processing Times

Production of knitwear bgins after pre-orders close and your scarf will be knitted, finished and packed with care by 16th December.

Shipping Times and Prices

• Standard Royal Mail (2–4 business days) — £3.99 (Royal Mail 2nd Class)

• Express Royal Mail (1–2 business days) — £6.99 (Royal Mail 1st Class)

International Shipping

Shipping internationally will vary by country and could take 1-4 weeks.

Any custom fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Where do you ship?

I currently ship to the UK and Europe,

International shipping outside of Europe is unavailable at this time due to being a small handmade business, I hope to expand soon!

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I’ll investigate with the postal service.
I am not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs, but I will always do my best to help.
